Drone Technology for Assessing (1.0 ADM CEU’s)
“The benefits of commercial and private unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) are substantial. Technology has moved forward rapidly, and what used to be considered toys are quickly becoming powerful tools that can provide enormous benefits in terms of safety and efficiency.” (ntia.doc.gov) This presentation will focus on how to obtain an FAA Remote Pilot License, Laws governing UAS, equipment, safety procedures, and examples of use cases for tax assessment and other municipal purposes.
